Welcome to the MSU Observatory
Michigan State astronomers and students have studied the galaxy with the 24-inch reflecting telescope since 1969. Throughout the warm parts of the year, you are invited to visit the observatory, located near the Ag Pavillion, on public observing nights and to look through both the 24-inch telescope and a collection of smaller telescopes provided by local astronomy enthusiasts.
