LaTex2HTML works on slapper. There is a manual in the lab. The following
is a quick reference for doing latex to HTML conversions and installing
the result on the www.
- Write the LaTeX document
- Include ``html'' in the optional arguments to
\documntstyle
(but put it at
the end, after prabib. It doesn't work otherwise for some reason) - Include any other links you desire using
\htmladdnormallink{highlighted anchor here}{URL here}
.
There are some other useful \html...
extensions, see the
LaTeX2HTML manual. - Latex the file twice to produce all of the auxilliary files, with
correct cross-referencing and
to generate a paper output.
- run LaTeX2HTML on the file, e.g.,
latex2html filename
This will create a subdirectory with
the name of the file (minus extension).
- Details such as the size of images of embedded math and the size
of images of embedded figures can be tweaked by redefining default
variables in an initialization file
.latex2html-init
in your login
directory. See manual for details.
