Welcome
PDFgetN is a data analysis package used to generate pair distributions functions (PDF's) using neutron powder diffraction data collected at neutron spallation sources. The output of the package is the total scattering structure function, S(q), and reduced radial distribution function, G(r) containing the data as well as the parameters used to create the files.
