Loading the tutorial WWW pages can sometimes be very slow. Try which server has the fastest response time, this is not necessarily the server which is nearest to your location. These teaching pages are currently installed on the sites listed below (mirror sites might be slightly out-of-date at times).

Download and local installation
The tutorial consists of three different parts: The tutorial pages (HTML and GIF pictures) which can be installed on any WWW server. It is possible to run the interactive examples from one of our main servers, however, if you expect many people to use them (e.g. as part of a lecture) you should install a local copy. To run the interactive examples, you need the programs DISCUS and KUPLOT. One also needs to be able to run PERL CGI scripts on a WWW server.
Listed below are links where to download the required software and the teaching archive as well as a brief installation guide. If you experience any problems, feel free to contact us at Thomas Proffen or Reinhard Neder. As mentioned before, to run the online simulations locally, one needs the scripting language PERL, a WWW server and the programs DISCUS and KUPLOT. Here is a list where one can find these programs in case they are not installed already.
