    Are all aspects of the problem considered?
  3. How many experts agree with the conclusion?
  4. What is the attitude toward opposing viewpoints?
  5. What are the authors views on other related issues?
  6. What is the taraget audience?
  7. Where is the article presented?

You will not be judged on your conclusion, but on your evaluation skills.
