Grades:

• The class will be graded on an absolute scale. The tables below constitute the maximum requirements for you to obtain certain grades. However, if the average grade of all students turns out too low, then a lowering of the requirements will be considered at the end of the semester. We will also guarantee that the requirements will never be raised. Thus you will have the combined benefits of a curved and an absolute grading scale.
