1. Sign the waiting list during the first lab session.
2. We cannot sign Drop/Add Forms until after Martin Luther King Day (Monday, Jan. 16). We will attempt to have the forms available in class for the next meeting after that date.

Print it out
Take it to your instructor to sign
4. Or after MLK Day, pick up your own Drop/Add form in 100 N. Kedzie.
5. The signed form must be returned (by you) to the
Center Office in room 100
