• Many students may find that the Fifth or Sixth edition serves their needs as the material and the ordering of the material is very similar. In fact, almost any text book covering the same material (non-calculus physics) should work well.
• Bookstores close to campus carry a paperback version of the textbook: Serway and Faughn, College Physics, Vol 1, Physics 232, Michigan State University.
• Since this is an on-line course, you will not need to purchase a book with an HITT clicker.
