Brief instructions for Solar System Simulator

To see where retrograde motion comes from:

Hold down left mouse button to expand view so that you can see the planets out to Mars.

Center – Sol

Destroy – Nemesis

Play

Then after examining the planet’s motions,

Center – Earth

See what the planet’s motions look like now.

To see what happens when the death star Nemesis comes roaring through the Solar System,  close and then restart the simulator, and just click on “play”. You can also destroy Nemesis, then create it again which gives you the opportunity to aim it in any direction you want.
