Temporary Environment variables created by TRICS_II

Rev: 9 Feb 2000 - as of Trics_II_V7.2 (Rev 3)

TRICS creates a set of environment variables valid during its execution 
in any of the TRICS command files. 
These variables may be used to define that path to another command
file or Fpga configuration S-Record File.  

e.g.    Call_File: %CONFIG%\M122.dcf
or      Download_File:  %EXO%\aonm\aonm_2_1.exo
