This file lists the Reference Designators of  29  components
that the assembly vendor does  not  install on the HTM Card
circuit board.

You will see these components in Silk-Screen on the circuit
board but they are  not  being installed by the assembly
vendor.

These 29 "not installed" components are  NOT  included in the
Bill of Materials  and  they are  NOT  included in the SMD
component XY Placement Data assembly documentation files.

In the following table of  "not installed"  components the
PCB Geometry  (aka footprint)  is also listed to aid in
locating them on the circuit board.

During assembly note that the Solder Paste Stencil
typically  does  apply Solder Paste to one of the pads
on some of the SMD "not installed" components.

     WTERM      There are many of these single large
                labeled open vias on the HTM Card.
                The assembly vendor does not install
                anything at these locations.


  Horz_Air_Baffle    Silk-Screen only  in the top
  Vert_Air_Baffle    third of the card  including
                     mounting screw holes

  ESD_STRIP_FO       Silk-screen only - the assembly house
  MTP1, MTP2         installs nothing in these locations.
