#   Recall that all references to the HTM card will refer to
#   it in "Standard Orientation".  In Standard Orientation
#   the component side is up facing the observer, the backplane
#   connectors are to the right, and the front panel is to the left.
#
#   Recall also that the ATCA Standards dimension the board with
#   respect to the center of the mounting hole in the bottom
#   left-hand corner,  i.e. the SW corner.   The center of
#   this hole is left in X by  3.57 mm  from the front edge of
#   the board  and  up by  5.55 mm  from the bottom edge of the
#   board.  In the HTM card Mentor layout the board's SW
#   corner will be  0,0  and all dimensions will be in mm.
#
#   Recall also the the shape of the L1Calo ATCA boards is
#   defined by ARL drawing  1-TE-0183-012-00-B  from March-2015
#   and does not exactly match the PICMG 3.0 ATCA specification.
#
#   Recall also that the HTM card uses ADFplus Zone 2 connectors.
#   The locations of these connectors on the PCB is defined in
#   PICMG 3.1  page 117  (not in PICMG 3.0).
