Hub Module:   FPGA Heat Sink
                   --------------


     Rev.  15-Dec-2017


      - You previously made these FPGA Heat Sinks in the
        spring of 2017.


      - The only change in the design since the spring 2017
        production is the  addition  of a  "Fiber Optic Notch"
        along one edge of the heat sink fins.   This new
        Fiber Optic Notch is shown in drawing M28.


      - Quantity:  total of  29  FPGA Heat Sinks


      - Material Supplied:

           4  heat sinks that are complete except that they
              need the Fiber Optic Notch cut into them.

           1  heat sink that is complete except that it needs
              the Recess cut into its flat side with the ball mill
              and it needs the Fiber Optic Notch cut into it.

          12  bars of heat sink stock each one of which can
              make two of these fpga heat sinks.


      - Please EDM the Fiber Optic Notch into just one of
        the otherwise complete heat sinks so that I can
        check the design before making any of the rest of
        these parts.


      - Schedule:  There is no possibility that I need these
                   parts before February 15th.
