Hub Module    Three Brackets

Please make these three types of Delrin plastic brackets
for the Hub Module.

This work is for Wade Fisher and is on account:  RC104022

Quantity:

 - I would like just  1  of each type of the three
   brackets at this time so that I can verify that the
   design is correct.

 - Then I would like  9  of each type of the three
   brackets.  These 9 are for the  proto-type Hub
   Modules.  This will be in about one month or so.

 - Then later this year Wade anticipates that we will be
   making about 20 more Hub Modules and they will require
   another  20  of each type of the three brackets.


The details of the three brackets are indicated in the
attached drawings.

 - All holes are a 4-40 tap drill hole  with part or
   all of it tapped for 4-40 threads.

 - For all tapped 4-40 holes please allow for a minimum
   of  0.4"  of screw threads.

 - The drawings show two of the holes as blind.  You
   are welcome to drill these holes the whole way through
   the bracket if that makes it any easier to make
   the part.


Please call me when you are ready to work on these parts
so that I may explain the drawings and what dimensions
are important and which ones could be adjusted to
facilitate manufacturing.
