################################################################################ # # # Power Entry and Sysmon Sensor Readings For Varying Firmwares # # and MGT Channes States of Hub Cards in 6 Slot Shelf # # # # Rev: 5-December-2019 # # # # Authors: Spencer Lee, Phlippe Laurens # # # ################################################################################ Notes: For each test, the temperature, -48V current, and -48VB voltage measured by the power entry module were reported, as well as the FPGA temperature of the hub and ROD (sysmon reading reported via Vivado and JTAG), for several firmware and MGT channel configurations of a hub and ROD FPGA in the 6-slot-shelf. In each test, only one hub and ROD had their configurations changed. The other 5 cards remained in a constant state. The "ON but not configured" hub FPGA state was achieved by powering on the hub (by closing the front handle latch) with the JTAG cable plugged in. This prevented hub1 from loading the default firmware from flash, resulting in an unconfigured hub card. The "IBERT, Unused TX OFF" states for the hub and ROD FPGAs were achieved by disabling all IBERT transmitters which were not connected to a receiver.
