And-Or Network Module

Besides the "normal" use of the AONM card to map the And-Or Network
Input Terms into And-Or Fired Signals, this card is also used to map
the And-Or Network Input Terms into the 8 Exposure Group Signals.
This file describes what signal is on the what MSA_Output and what MSA
FPGA site generates that signal.

First recall the mapping of FPGA site to MSA_Outputs on the AONM card:
