How many cards need front panels ?
     28 new Build B AONM's
     14 SM's that still need front panels
   +  5 FM's that still need front panels

     47  is the minimum    but to take care of the "what color panel do 
                           we need problem"  should make 2 spare orange
                           2 spare red, 2 spare blue, 2 spare violet.
                           So 8 spares
 
     47   minimum 
   +  8   spare

     55   build this many front panels


   currently have 30 blank panels   so need to order 25 more.


So although we are making 55 front panels we only have 47 cards so we
only need 2x 47 =94  of each kind of front bracket.  To be sure that we 
have enough lets ask for 100 of each kink.   We currently have
38 of the "Upper Bracket" and 28 of the "FP Connector Bracket"
Thus we need:
                62 of the "Upper Bracket"
                72 of the "FP Connector Bracket"
