This is a "mini-rack" on top of the air conditioner of MCH-1


This rack contains two PC's and a PCI expansion crate.
    Top-most:   d0tcc1 = L1 Trigger Control Computer
                d0tcc2 = L2 Trigger Control Computer
                bit3 PCI expansion box for 
                    d0tcc2 for connection to L2 Preprocessor and L2 Global Crates

The bottom of this rack is also the home for a Logic Analyzer.
