Receiver a yetz

This board mounds on the rear of the backplane.  It plugs into only the P1
connector.  The purpose of this board is to terminate the differential ECL
Timing Signals and to terminate the TTL VME Signals.

This card is intended to operate only in the rear of slot #21 with a "THE
Card" application card or a "TOM Card" plugged into the front of this slot.

The strong desire is to keep this card small so that it does not get in the
way in this crowded area.

The Differential ECL Terminators are in exchangable packs because it is not
yet clear what the best value to use is.

The VME termination is the same as on the TOM Card.
