MSU Run II Frameworks Test Rack Setup

The purpose of this file is to be both a "log book" of the MSU Run II
Frameworks Test Rack and a place to go to quickly find the current
configuration of this test rack.  The intent is to record the configuration
of both the modules that we build and the commercial modules that we use in
the computer and test systems.  In the title of this file the word test
rack actually refers to all of the racks and crates in the MSU test setup.

There are jumper caps installed in the VME bus with the CPU's and Master VI

   Bus Grant #3 Jumper cover slots:             5, 6, 7, 8, 9
   IACK IN-OUT Jumpers cover slots:   1, 2, 3,  5, 6, 7, 8, 9,   11

The MVME-133-A20  has jumper J1 removed to disable its crate controller and
jumper J17 removed to tell it to only use a 16 bit VME Bus no matter where
it is working in its address space.

General Notes:
--------------

   The "Normal" type MVME-214's  are 32k bytes long,  i.e.  $ 7FFF bytes
   long.  They are D8,D16,D32 transfer with A24 or A32 access.

   The Vertical Interconnect Master has its channels mapped to:
        Ch #0   $ 1000 0000
        Ch #1   $ 1100 0000
