At least that's what I assume is going on because sometimes the TOM DTACK light does not go out after power up if this card is in the crate. Have tried different EPROM's with no change. Have probed all the VME FPGA's solder connections. One time this card was VME FPGA configuring just fine then I flexed it a bunch and it quit being able to VME FPGA configure at power up. Or it could be that the card had gotten warm and that caused it to quit VME FPGA configuring. When the VME FPGA will configure then the rest of the card loads up OK and it does pass CT Test. ======================================================================== Card Type: AONM Rev. ReSolder: FPGA #16 pins around 30:34 and around 55:60 FPGA #11 pins around 30:34 and around 55:60 FPGA #8 pins around 30:34 9-JUL-1999 DE Have had problems getting this card to reliably configure its FPGA's. Often BSF & Main Array #6 do not configure. The EPROM and 33 Ohm resistor all looked OK. Try 47 Ohm with no luck. Try 0 Ohm with no luck. Try two 47 Ohm in parallel and things now appear OK. Now that it configures OK work on the errors during single card CT. Resolder all pins on the 3 "non-OCB" sides of MSA FPGA 7 but this didn't help. Notes: This card was used for sometime in slot 5 of the Connectivity Test setup. This card was used with supplies that provided Vdd without any Vcc. Its 74FCT164245T appears OK but should be replaced when we do a mass replacement of these parts. 23-NOV-2003 This card had been running for 2 years or so in M101 Middle Slot #10 as the Spark for readout of L1 Cal Trig rack M104. The HSRO_CB on this card cooked. The center section of the connector on the HSRO_CB got very hot. AONM SN #30 is probably still OK for non HSRO applications - but it needs to be checked over very carefully before being used again. ======================================================================== Build B AONM's Received Oct and Nov 1999 ---------------------------------------------- ======================================================================== Card Type: AONM Rev.
