The other side of the twisted pair is grounded. Unconnected CMOS inputs, ECO connected pins 11,12,13 on U44 26-JAN-1999 20-JUL-1999 This card had been setup for use as a "Big Ben + Helper" by having: a socket for a crystal oscillator added that feeds into P1 Timing Signal 0 (by tombstoning the series terminator resistor on this line) and by cutting U47 (ECL P5 Transceiver) pins 6 & 7 free from the via's next to them and then with twisted pair wire wrap wire connecting U63 pin 10 to the via by U47 pin 6 and connect U63 pin 9 to the via by U47 pin 7.
