Generation of MFP L1 Qualifier with a per L1 Spec Trig Weighting -------------------------------------- Revision: 23-APR-1998 Functional Description: Recall The actual assertion of MFP_L1_Qual on a given event is the "OR" of the "Request MFP_L1-Qual" signals from all of the L1 Spec Trig's that fired for the event. If on a given event none of the L1 Spec Trig's that fired for the event, request that the MFP_L1_Qual be sent, then it is not asserted for that event. For each L1 Specific Trigger: Can force ALL firings of a L1 Spec Trig to generate the MFP_L1_Qual. Can force a L1 Spec Trig to NEVER generate the MFP_L1_Qual. Can scale the firings of each L1 Spec Trig with a 24 bit scaler before it actually generates the Request MFP_L1_Qual. i.e. 24 bits takes a 10 kHz L1 rate down to 2 MFP's per hour. Can read, in the L1 Framework data block, whether or not this event has the MFP_L1_Qual set and if it is set which L1 Spec Trig's were requesting that it be set. What the MFP generation system does NOT do: Can NOT read how many times a given L1 Spec Trig has requested that the MFP_L1_Qual be sent. Can NOT read how many times a given L1 Spec Trig will have to fired before it causes the MFP_L1_Qual to be sent (again).
