The following is a short summary of the various files related to the
generation, distribution, and use of the timing signals in the L1
Trigger Framework.

Timing Directory

CARMEN_MASTER_CLOCK_DOCUMENTS.TXT
	lists the relevant D0 notes

MASTER_CLOCK_REQUIREMENTS_FOR_RUN_II.TXT
	describes the basic signals required from the Carmen Master Clock

TIMING_SIGNALS_REQUIRED_VS_FPGA.TXT
	lists the timing signals required by each FPGA type and
	includes notes on when the signals are expected to change,
	their duration, etc.

TIMING_SIGNALS_GENERATION_DISTRIBUTION.TXT
	includes a brief description of some of the timing signals
	needed, the Carmen clock, and the Carmen and Tom paddle boards
