VME Transfer Computer  Program Flow

The program starts with the  VTC_Main  section.   This calls the following
sections:
                      Initialize_Hard_Soft
                      Initialize_Pulser
                      Initialize_Time
                      Cycle_Master

None of the Initialize sections call any other sections but
Initialize_Hard_Soft  does read the Version and Revision Numbers via an
include file and it does read the Crate ID card.

Cycle_Master  calls a number of additional routines.  These are always
called in the same order.  There is one loop through here per event.

                      Wait_Start_Read
                      Check_DMA
                      Signal_Finished
                      Prepair_Data
                      Find_Start_VBD
                      Error_Checking


Some of these sections call additional section:

                      Wait_Start_Read  calls:  Get_Time
                                               Get_CD_Pulser
                                               Get_Calo_Pulser

                      Prepair_Data     calls:  Spec_Trig_Prog_Fired
