Final Sum 50 pin connector, Bit 1 through Bit 24, 1 unused pin pairs. Input to the FMLN card: ----------------------- The FMLN cards have a 24 bit Px input and a 24 bit Py input. These signals enter via backplane pass through signal pins. Px enters on J2 and Py enters on J3. No paddle card is used. The method will be to crimp onto the flat cable 64 pin connectors which will plug directly onto FMLN backplane signal pins. This is the same way as CBus connects to a CTMBD. The LSB of an FMLN input is in the normal pin 1 position. Note that 2 FMLN cards are used in the Tier 3 card file. Input to the IMLRO card: ------------------------ The IMLRO receives its input signals 32 bits at a time via backplane pass through signal pins. Connection is made via a normal 64 pin flat cable connector. The LSB is in the normal pin 1 position. Input to the CAT3 card: ----------------------- The Total Et CAT3 cards in the Tier 3 card file will receive their inputs vis standard CAT3 Paddle Cards. The CAT3 inputs are 16 bits wide.
