CHTCR PROM'S

The CHTCR card used three types of  PROM's. The following list (form the
CHTCR.P32  file) shows  these three  PROM  types, the  quantities, and a
description.



27S291A    by AMD    full specified part number   27S291APC

This is a 35  nsec 2k by 8  bipolar part.   A quantity of 2 are used per
CHTCR card at locations U126 and U127. The actual part ordered to supply
the      spring-summer   1990    production  of  18   CHTCR is a Cypress
CY7C291A-35WC. This is a 35 nsec reprogrammable part.  The data files
for these parts are CURRENTLY NOT GENERATED.



AM27S185    by AMD    full specified part number   27S185ADC

This is a 35  nsec 2k by 4 bit  bipolar part. A  quantity of 24 of these
parts are used per CHTCR card at locations:U114,U115,U116,U214,U215,U216
,U314,U315,U316,U414,U415,U416,U514 ,U515,U516,U614,U615,U616,U714,U715,
U716,U814,U815,U816. The actual part ordered to supply the spring-summer
1990 production of 18 CHTCR cards is the AM27S185ADC. The data files for
this part are in the file CHTCR_DATA:CHTCRPROM2048X4.DAT



AM27S43    by AMD    full specified part number   AM27S43APC

This is a 40  nsec 4k by 8  bit bipolar  part. A  quantity of 8 of these
parts are  used per  CHTCR card at  locations:  U117, U217,  U317, U417,
U517,  U617, U717,  and U817.  The  actual part  ordered  for the spring
summer 1990  production of 18 CHTCR  cards is the  Signetics N82HS321BN.
This  is  a 30   nsec  part.  The  data   files  for  this  part  are in
CHTCR_DATA:CHTCRPROM4096X8.DAT .
