Subject: new psb design

Hi Dan,
Here is info about new PCB design. In general it’s structure remains the same,
with only small changes:
1. The diameter of PCB is 61 mm.
2. There are the same 16 holes for the same type of smp adapters. Their location
is provided in attached pdf file, where the design of the sample cell is given.
3. All 16 microwave lines from holes to sample area should have 50 Ohm impedance
4. In the center - there is a trench area for chip size 6x6 mm^2
5. The trench depth for the chip is 275 um
6. In addition, in the trench area we need to create extra trench with depth 275
um and size 5x2 mm^2
7. No final (top) dielectric material
