Pictures of the Wiener Type PL506 Power Supply for HAWC

The Wiener PL506 low voltage power supply is intended for
operation of the Milagro Front-End Crates.  This power supply
is specified to provide the:  +5V analog,  -5V analog,  and
-5.2V Digital  power to the Front-End Crate.

                            The "D" connector carries the remote
                            sense lines from their terminals on
                            the Power Bin to the Power Box.


In some of the views you can see two DC power cables that
I attached to the Power Bin so that you could see how this
is done.  Each cable shown is 2x  #6 AWG  MTW type cable
with 105 deg C insulation and  133 (7x19) 27 AWG  tinned
copper stranding.  The lugs are Panduit type PV2.  This
cable is just for an illustration.  It is to light to be
legal at the current level provided by the PL506 supply.
