Air Box Plate with Tubes

Please make  2  of the "Air Box Plate with Tubes" assemblies.
Each of these assemblies consists of an 8" x 8" aluminum plate
with 2 aluminum tubes welded into it.

In total, the following parts are needed:


     Quantity             Item
     --------      --------------------------------
         2         8" x 8" Aluminum Plate
         4         3" O.D. by 3" long Aluminum Tube


The Aluminum Plate may be 1/8" or 3/16" thick or whatever is
a convenient thickness to work with.   Making these 2 plates
from 6061 Aluminum will make it easier to weld the tubes into
them.  The 4 Tubes should also be made from 6061 aluminum.

Please feel free to suggest any design changes that would make
these parts easier for you to machine.

Please do not worry if an extra hole or two gets poked in some part.

The purpose of these plate and tube assembles is to connect an
air blower to flexible air ducts that carry cooling air to the
preamplifier boxes.

some extra material of this type around just in case I need to
make a change at the last minute when the whole system is put
together.
