Power Connector Bracket --------------------------- Original Rev. 2-APR-2008 Current Rev. 3-APR-2008 Please make 4 of the "Power Connector Brackets". Each Power Connector Bracket consists of a 2.5" long, 1.25" tall, 1/2" thick aluminum block. In this block a 1" by 1" slot is cut (to hold the power connector) and two holes are drilled for 10-24 screws to pass through to mount the bracket to the preamplifier box. Please drill the holes starting from the surface indicated in the drawing. In that way it will not matter if these holes wander as the 1.25" deep hole is drilled. Please feel free to suggest any design changes that would make these parts easier for you to machine. The purpose of these 4 brackets is to mount the "Jones" DC power connectors to the edge bars in the outer steel preamp box. Account Number: 61-5797 I have obtained all of the raw material that I believe is necessary to make these brackets. Please feel free to order anything else that you need. This description and these drawings are also on the web at: www.pa.msu.edu/~edmunds/LArTPC/T962/Preamp_Box/Power_Connector/ Thank you for making these parts.
