NV Board Specification ------------------------- Rev. 20-July-2020 From Niyaz on 18-July-2020: --------------------------- Regarding to the Cold Board, can we add another PCB design to the current panel (if we have a space there)? This is smaller board for another experiments we are planning in the lab. The design is much easier for this one: 1. Board size is 25x14 mm^2. Corners are rounded, radius is 0.8 mm (fig1) 2. Chip trench area is 7x2 mm^2. We can use the same parameters for this region (a larger trench area and a little bit exposed dielectric) as in Cold Board. We can make a bigger mouse ears here. Bottom side - the same 3 holes as in Cold Board. 3. uwave trace parameters: a) at the edges of the board width = 0.5 mm, gap = 0.30 mm b) at the chip trench area width = 0.3 mm, gap = 0.18 mm see (fig2) 4. Vias should be placed along the uwave traces (same size and spacing as in Cold Board) 5. Name: NV Board. “NV” stands for nitrogen vacancies in diamond, and this is the research project Joe Kitzman is gonna do in our lab. 3. Quantity: 4.
