"D" Code 17  is a Thermal Relief Aperture
  This thermal relief consists of a  0.033"  diameter inner pad followed
  by a  0.012"  wide air gap around this pad.  This makes the full outer
  diameter  0.057".  The air gap is crossed by 4 copper ties.  Each tie
  is  0.012" wide.   The ties run at 45 degrees to the X and Y axis.


"D" Code 19  is a Thermal Relief Aperture
  This thermal relief consists of a  0.060"  diameter inner pad followed
  by a  0.012"  wide air gap around this pad.  This makes the full outer
  diameter  0.084".  The air gap is crossed by 4 copper ties.  Each tie
  is  0.012" wide.   The ties run at 45 degrees to the X and Y axis.






Aperture Table for ONLY plots:  file ART_02 (the Component side plane)

The aperture table used for files ART_02 and ART_07 is the same as above
except:

    Aperture D16 must be changed to a "donut" that will produce a 33 mil
    diameter pad which is fully surounded by a 12 mil wide air gap so
    that the outside diameter of this air gap in the plane is 57 mil.

and

    Aperture D18 must be changed to a "donut" that will produce a 60 mil
    diameter pad which is fully surounded by a 12 mil wide air gap so
    that the outside diameter of this air gap in the plane is 84 mil.
