Personal Info
I am a graduate student in the Department of Physics and Astronomy,
Michigan State University.
My research area is the computer simulation of polymers and polymeric nanoparticles.
The latest version of my Curriculum Vitae is available here(PDF,HTML).
Simulation of Polymers
To make it easier to run large scale simulations on clusters using LAMMPS,
I have developed a software package Polypy.
The Polypy project is managed by Trac.
The features of the Polypy software are:
Managing batch job, automatically generating input and configuration files.
Creating the initial configuration for polymers.
Computing various properties of polymers based on the snapshot files dumped by LAMMPS.
Organizing and ploting data in the multidimentional manner.
Assiting the 3D visulization of polymers by VMD
The Polypy page contains the news, the subversion repository.
My Ubuntu blog
It is all about Ubuntu. There are my notes about Ubuntu application and administration to share.
Currently, it includes:
- sshsudo: A script for the system administrators to remotely sudo any command/script easily (Download).
