Steps of Analysis

Step 1: Generate W(=>e+nu)+ single quark events using Pythia script
Step 2: Run SpartyJet jets on pythia output script
Step 3: Rerun steps 1 and 2 for W(=>e+nu)+ single gluon script
Step 4: Run simple analysis script to make histograms of radial profile, differential radial profile and jet mass script
Note I wrote a combined script in which the pythia event generation (Step 1) and jet finding(Step 2) are done in the same script. This is possible using the new SpartyJet feature "PythiaInput". Alternatively, one could generate events in Pythia, save as HepMC, and then run SpartyJet on the HepMC file. Using PythiaInput requires this new SpartyJet and a ROOT installation linked to pythia8
