Additional repairs made at ANL following the Cs Scans - Ivars

Fiber A L2,A14E #22 (MSU#7) was replaced. The original fiber was found to

have a mirrored but unpolished end. It was left in the girder cavity, coiled

up, for potential use (in desperation), but having a -28% deviation.

The complaint about L2,A16Odd #36 (MSU#13) was corrected from the Even side

after observing that profiles #32 thru #36 were not seated sufficiently in

the L2 area. Some "chiropractic" adjustment resulted in tiles shifting

noticeably toward the Odd side. The raw scan results show a definite

improvement in A16Odd (see attached PDF for A14E and A16Odd, L2)

There were two other areas showing larger Odd/Even disparities that

received profile seating adjustment (L5 & L7,A15)from the Even side. It's

harder to tell the effect in the raw scans.
