NOTES:
7.7  The initial polishing results were bad, especially the edge that the blade hits first.  We found that the blade was cracked from the edge to one on the mounting screw holes.  After a test with a new blade, the surface was still bad.  It had a smeared appearance.  We then sent the diamond out to be relapped.  The company that did this job found a knick in the cutting edge.  All AT's were removed and about 1 cm was taken off of the outer surface of the girder rings with a milling bit.  Then all AT's were recut and polished.  Finally, the surface looked good, better than on previous modules.

NOTE: Tiles are numbered from the beginning of the cell, starting at the tile closest to the ITC end of the module. Count every other profile to count the tiles. Odd tile layers start at the cell boundary (count from the first profile), even tile layers start with a spacer plate (count from the second profile). The tile counting stick makes it easier to locate the tiles.
