"Exam score (in-class)" = the points you received on the exam, including your "correction problem".
"Makeup question (in class)" = the points you received for the problem that you corrected (not the total points - just the points you received!).
"Makeup question (corrected)" = the points you received for the "correction problem" that was turned in after the exam was completed.
