DIS2023 - Registration

The registration fee will cover the welcome reception ( Monday evening), conference banquet (Thursday evening), venue costs, proceeding cost, conference packages, coffee break, and lunches (March 27–31) for conference participants.

• After February 25, a late registration fee of $650 USD will apply. There is no guarantee a banquet space will be available for late registrations.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations before the regular deadline will receive a refund of the money paid minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations after the regular registration deadline but before March 13 will receive a refund of half the money paid minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds can be provided for cancellations after March 13, 2023.

Accompanying persons have two options: A fee of $100 USD includes the Family/Companion Welcome Reception (Monday morning), welcome reception (Monday evening), conference banquet (Thursday evening). The second option for accompanying persons also includes poster reception, daily coffee break and lunch for a total fee of $350 USD.

To register, please go to conference registration indico site (link is inactive before Nov. 1, 2022). Early registration opens on November 1, 2022. Registration closes on March 13, 2023.
