Amusingly one of the most popular things to order online are books. Recently many new bookstores opened there doors online. Here are some of my favourite sites when I look for books.

• evenbetter.com (formerly DealPilot and Acses) helps you search many sites to find the cheapest price for your books. Its author and title database is not the gratest but if you can find the ISBN using Barnes&Noble or amazon.com it's great!

Unless you need/want the service from a local store buying computer hard- and software online is a great way to save some money. Besides the fact that your choices are many more. Somehow I always seem to want the parts that none of the local stores have in stock.
Actually the number of online stores is a little bit overwhelming and to check out more than a few of their prices would be impossible if it were not for pages like PriceScan and Price Watch®.
