Simple 8 to 1 time multiplexer used for transferring data at 320M words/s to the GTXs.

16 Feb 2013 Also adds in the K character and BCID (the alignment word) into the data stream depending on the send_align signal. Leaves the last 12 bits '0' on purpose to be filled in by the CRC calculation
